Champagne brunch featuring demos by D.C. Dames showing culinary tricks from their recipes published in the book. Dames may include: Najmieh Batmanglij, Nongrkan Daks, Sheilah Kaufman, Ris Lacoste, Janis McLean, Jane Mengenhauser, Joan Nathan, Marlene Parrish, Nora Pouillon, Katherine Newell Smith, Anne Willan, CiCi Williamson, and Ann Yonkers. Tasting of the recipes will follow the demos, and cookbooks will be available for purchase.
