Join us for a special evening co-hosted with Politics and Prose to meet well-known award-winning author Trina Hahnemann and hear her lecture on the foods of her native region.  Trina will do a cooking demonstration from her new book, "The Scandinavian Cookbook".  Dishes from the book for presentation and tasting include Citrus Cured Salmon; Chicken Lovage Salad; Meatballs with Kale Salad; and Apple Trifle.  A copy of this beautiful hard-cover book is included in the price and will be available for signing.  Please note registration closes November 19.
