This one-week course will give your teen (age 13 - 18) a solid introductory foundation of culinary skills and techniques. Topics also covered extensively include cooking with the seasons and the use of natural and healthy ingredients. They'll expand their skills and palates and have a lot of fun in the kitchen as well! An ample and delicious lunch is enjoyed every day from their results. Cost is $385 per student for one week of camp.
