Fresh, Local, Seasonal, Sustainable: that's the food mantra these days.  But what does that mean, exactly?  And what is that mound of green stuff at your favorite Farmers Market or in your CSA box?  This is the place to figure it out.  We'll go shopping at the market on Sunday and present to you a Farmers Market Basket on Monday.  Best part: we show you what to cook with it!
