- Dress Code: For participation classes, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.
- Individual Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a cooking class through the "My Classes" link on our website up to 5 days before the class. Class registrations canceled in this time frame will receive a full refund or class credit. We do not accept class cancelations via email or voicemail. There will be no refunds issued for any cancellation that does not meet the terms of this policy.
- Class Cancellation Policy: CulinAerie reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In most cases the decision to cancel a class will be made no later than 5 days before the date of the class.
- Alcohol Policy: Complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be served at most cooking classes. CulinAerie reserves the right to ask for appropriate identification. Alcoholic beverages purchased outside CulinAerie will not be allowed in public classes.
- Materials Provided: CulinAerie provides all equipment necessary for a successful learning experience, including knives, aprons, and recipe packet. Students are allowed to take the recipe packet home.
- Leftovers: In the event that there is left-over food, CulinAerie allows students to take home food solely at the discretion of the class instructor.

CulinAerie is conveniently located near Metro, 2 blocks from the McPherson Square Station on the Blue Line and 4 blocks from either Metro Center or Farragut North:
Parking:
Valet parking is available next door to CulinAerie at The Donovan House for a flat rate of $6 with CulinAerie validation for up to 6 hours. The Donovan House is located at 1155 14th Street NW (note that the entrance must be accessed while traveling north on 14th Street). Please remember to bring your claim check to CulinAerie for validation. There is limited street parking on 13th, 14th, and L Streets, NW (please be mindful of the restrictions noted on the street signs).
